My Tattered Pioneer Quilt is finished
and on the bed in the camper.
I put a larger boarder of buffalo
plaid around it, to make it
larger and serve as a bedspread.
Many years ago Steve's sister was on
vacation and saw these bags of
Fartless Chili Makin's.
She bought Steve a bag as a joke:)
I saved the bag all these years and
thought it would be a great touch
of "redneck" for our camper quilt:)
I stenciled and made another throw pillow
and found this great buffalo plaid
shower curtain on Amazon.
There's a little private water closet
so I continues the wallpaper boarder
in there.
This is a sweet feature in the bedroom.
When the slider is out there is room for
a dining room chair here at this desk.
I think that I will spend time here
making a travel journey of our
camping adventures:)
When it's not a desk . . .
it becomes a vanity.
Who gets fussy with make-up when they are camping?
But if you were living in it, this would
certainly be a plus:)
After finishing the quilt
I used some of my scraps to make
pot holders . . .
and dish towels :)
Let's Go Camping!!!
Now that that is all finished,
I'll be spending today cleaning house.
All last week it got neglected.
My choice was fun sewing and decorating
or
housework.
Having fun won out, LOL
